There is also a premium service, where passengers can relax in the Club lounge before boarding & enjoy the range of services on offer including fax machines, telephones, newspapers & complimentary light meals. From thereon passengers simply drive on, following directions from Eurotunnel staff. The journey takes only 35 minutes from platform to platform & passengers can walk around inside the shuttle while they are travelling.
